A bullet fired from a gun can pierce through a thick wooden board but the same bullet thrown with a blow of hand can't pierce in the board.​

Yes, because when the bullet is fired from a gun, gun applies high pressure which makes it pierrce the wooden board. On the other hand, hand could not provide such high pressure and hence, the bullet cannot pierce the wooden board.
