2000m/s² is The Retardation

Explanation:

Initial velocity(u) = 20m/s

Final velocity(v) = 0m/s

Distance(s) = 0.1 m

Retardation(a) = ?

BY THIRD EQUATION OF MOTION :-

 {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}  + 2as \\  = ) {0}^{2}  =  {20}^{2}  + (2 \times a \times 0.1) \\  = ) - 400 = 0.2a \\  = )a =  - 2000

Acceleration = -2000m/s²

Retardation = 2000m/s²
