As we know is the product of mass and acceleration so we need to find the value of acceleration first

\bold{\mathrm{v}^{2}-\mathrm{u}^{2}=2 \mathrm{as}}

0-400x400 = 2x ax(0.05)

a= -1600000 m/s2

f = m x a

F = 0.04 x -1600000 = -64000N
