Hi i have an answer for you
Suppose the bullet is fired and there is no interference or abnormal resistance on the bullet ( excluding the environmental anomalies ). According to the given conditions the bullet loss 1 / 2 ( half ) of its velocity at a distance of 30 meters.
Then if we increase the distance to double then we can say whole of the velocity will be lost and the bullet will come to rest
So the total distance covered by the bullet will be 60 cm and then it will all of its velocity and will come to rest.
