Final velocity of bullet (v¹)= 200 m/s
Final velocity of gun (v²)= -0.8 m/s (Due to recoil i.e in opposite direction)
Substituting the values in eq.(1) we get,
10×0 + m²×0 = 10×200 + m²×(-0.8)
0+0 = 2000 + -0.8m²
0.8m² = 2000
m² = 2000/0.8
m² = 2500g ≈2.5kg
