force = mass * velocity

force = 25 kg * 200 m/s

force = 5000 kg.m/s

for 2 kg block,

F= m*v

5000 = 2kg * v

v = 5000/2

v= 2500 m/s..is your answer.

by conservation of momentum

m1u1+m2u2=m1v1+m2v2

.25×200+2×0=(m1+m2)v.

both move together so v1=v2=v

50=(.25+2)v

v=50/2.25

v=22.22 m/s

hence , velocity of 2kg block will 22.22m/s.
