A bullet of mass 10 g moving with a speed of 1.5 m/s gets embedded in a & stationary wooden block of mass 90 g. Find the speed attained by the block​

Total mass of the plank =m+mp  

=0.01+0.09=0.1 kg

⇒∴v=

0.015

=0.15m/s

The speed of the plank containing the bullet is 0.15m/s
