1/2(m(v^(1/2)))=mas

2*100=1/2(v^(1/2))

v= 20 cm/s

1/2mv.^2=mgh

1/2*10*v^2=10*100*8

5v^2=8000

=v^2=8000/5

v^2=1600=√1600

=40

ans=40cm/s
