A bullet of mass 100 g is moving with a speed of 200 ms-1. what is the K.E of bullet?

K. E. = 1/2×Mass×(Velocity)square
=1/2x0.1x200
=10

Kinetic Energy = k

Mass of object = m

Speed of object = v

Therefore,

 k = \frac{1}{2}mv^{2}

    = \frac{1}{2} x 100 x (200)^{2}

    = 200 J
