Solution :-
We know that,
V = -mv/M
Here,
V = ?
M = 2.0 g
m = 10 g
[-ve sign shows opposite direction]
Now,
Mass of the bullet = 10 g = 0.01 kg
→ V = -mv/M
→ V = -(0.01×200)/2.0
→ V = -2/2.0
→ V = -1 m/s
