This question can be solved by " Conservation of Momentum . :

=> m1v1 = M2V2

=> 10/1000 × 160 = 8 × V2

=> 8/5= 8×V2

=> V2 = 5m/s

Hope It Helps You ^_^

Answer:

Ans = 5 m/s

Explanation:

Using Conservation of Momentum

=> m1v1 = M2V2

=> m1v1 = M2V2=> 10/1000 × 160 = 8 × V2

=> m1v1 = M2V2=> 10/1000 × 160 = 8 × V2=> 8/5= 8×V2

=> m1v1 = M2V2=> 10/1000 × 160 = 8 × V2=> 8/5= 8×V2=> V2 = 5m/s
