A bullet of mass 10g is fired with a rifle. The bullet takes 0.03s to move though its barrel and leaes it with a velocity of 300m/s. what is the force exerted on the bullet by the rifle

Given below are the:

Mass of the bullet (m) = 10g = 0.01 kg

Time taken by the bullet through its barrel (t) = 0.03s

The velocity at which the bullet leaves from the barrel (v) = 300 m/s

U=0

 V = u + a*t

300 = 0+a*0.03

A = 10000

Now,

F = m*a = 0.01 * 10000

= 100N
