A bullet of mass 20 gram fired from Gun of four kilogram mass if the speed of bullet is 500 m per second find the recoil velocity of gun

Mass of gun= 4 kg
Mass of bullet= 20 g = 0.02kg
Recoil velocity = V1
Bullet fired with initial velocity (v2)= 500m/s
Initial velocity of gun=0
Initial momentum= m1v+m2v= 0
Total momentum of gun and Bullet after firing(P2)= m1v1+m2v2= 4v1+0.02×500
Total momentum (P2)= 4v1+10

Total Momentum after firing= total Momentum before firing
4v1+10=0
4v1=-10
v1=-10/4= -2.5 m/s
