a bullet of mass 20 gram is fired with velocity of 1200m/sec after passing through a mud wall of 2m thick its velocity decreases to 200 m/sec what is average resistance offered by the mud wall?​

v=200m/sec

u=1200m/sec

s=2m

200^2=1200^2+2*a*2

-14*10^5 = 4*a

a = -3.5*10^5

i.e retardation

F=m*a

=20*10^-3 * 3.5*10^5

=7000N (average resistive force offered)
