a bullet of mass 30 g is fired from a gun and acquires a velocity of 400 m/s get embedded into a wooden block of mass 470 g Calculate velocity through which wooden block moves​

Velocity = 400 m/s

Wooden Block :-

Mass = 470 g + 0.03 kg (bullet is embedded )

Mass = 0.47 kg + 0.03 kg

We know that :-

Momentum of Bullet = recoil momentum of gun
