K.E=1÷2mv^2

=1÷2m×v×v×m÷m

=1÷2p^2÷m ( since,p=mv)

=p^2÷2m

p=mv

=30÷1000×90

=2.7kg.m/s

work done =p^2÷2m

=(2.7)^2÷2×0.03

=121.5j
