First we have to get speed i.e km in an hour of the two.

Now we will find tje speed of bullock cart by:

distance in 5 hours = 35

distance in 1 hour = 35/5= 7

speed of bullock cart is 7km/hr

speed of car:

distance in 2 hours= 130

distance in 1 hour= 130/2 =65

speed of car 65 km/hr

Ratio = 65:130

after reducing it by 65 (Common factor of the two speed) we obtain 1:2

so answer =
