Answers
Answer:
It is true that a bully will cease to exist the moment onlookers decide to take a stand.
Justification:
A bully can be described as a person who exhibits aggressive behavior against others. Bullying can take many forms like physical, emotional, social or verbal bullying. A bully can hurt others by, but not limited to, calling others names, threatening, physically hurting, spreading rumours, side-lining and belittling.
Bullies are most driven by the urge of exhibiting power and dominance over others. This is always in the aim, either consciously or subconsciously, of seeking attention of gaining of popularity. Bullying is one attention seeking behaviour that children and/or some grown ups portray.
The best way of discouraging such negative behaviour is by not providing an audience for such undoing. Bullies thrive on the fear they spread out and fame they attain.
If people could always stand up and talk whenever there is an incidence of bullying and let the bully know that no one finds bullying great, they would slowly be discouraged.
