bus moves in East direction with 25km/h
so, velocity vector = 25 i km/h
car moves in North direction with 7km/h
so, velocity vector of car = 7 j km/h

velocity of bus with respect to car = velocity of bus - velocity of car
=25 i - 7 j

manitude of velocity of bus wrt car = √(25² + 7²) = √(625+49) = √674 km/h

hence , speed = √674 km/h
