A bus covers a certain distance at a speed of 60 km per hour without any stoppage. If it goes with stoppages then its speed to cover that distance is 50 km per hour. Find the stoppage time per hour for that bus.

Much of the reason for the slower average speed is that the train must decelerate before stopping and then accelerate again after the stop. Without considerably more information than provided in the question, it is not possible to calculate how much of the reduction in average speed is due to that process and how much due to the train actually standing still at a stop.
