3000 sec
now speed = distance / time
distance = speed x time
15m/s x 3000 sec = 45000 m or 45 km
same distance in 40 min
speed = distance / time
40 min = 40×60 = 2400
speed = 45000/ 2400

18.75 × 18 /5 = 67.5 km/h should be speed
