Answer:

Initial speed   u=80 km/h=80×185=22.22 m/s

Final speed    v=60 km/h=60×185=16.67 m/s

Using   v=u+at

Or   16.67=22.22+a×5

⟹ a=−1.1 m/s2

Answer:

we know that a = change in velocity per second

a = (v-u)/t

where v is final velocity and u is initial velocity and t refers to the time taken!

v = 60 km/h = 16.6667 m/s (17m/s) approx

u = 80km/h = 22.222 m/s (22 m/s) approx

t = 5 sec

a = 17-22/5 => -5/5 = -1 (approx value of a)

Hope it will help you !
