a bus decreases its speed from 80 km/h to 60 km/h in 5 second. find the acceleration of the bus​

Given that :

V1 = 80km/h = 80×1000/3600m/sec = 200/9

m/sec

V2 = 60km/h = 150/9 m/sec

As we know that :

Acceleration = Change in velocity/time

Acceleration = ( V1 - V2 )/t

Acceleration = {( 200-150)/9}/5 = 50/45 = 10/9m/sec^2
