Given :-

Initial velocity = 6 m/s

Final velocity = 2 m/s

Time = 2 s

To Find :-

Acceleration

Solution :-

We know that

a = v - u/t

Where

a = acceleration

v = final velocity

u = initial velocity

t = time

a = 2 - 6/2

a = -4/2

a = -2

Therefore

Acceleration is -2 m/s²

Initial velocity = 6m/s

Final velocity = 2m/s

Time = 2s

Acceleration = ?

\large\pink{\underline{\underline{Solution\::}}}

We know that :

ㅤㅤ\implies \dfrac{v-u}{t}

Where ,

ㅤㅤa = acceleration

ㅤㅤv = final velocity

ㅤㅤu = initial velocity

ㅤㅤt = time

\implies a = \dfrac{2-6}{2}

\implies a = \dfrac{-4}{2}

\implies a = - 2

Therefore ,

ㅤㅤ Acceleration = -2m/s²

Acceleration :

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity with time.

Initial velocity :

The initial velocity is the velocity of the object before the effect of acceleration, which causes the change.

Final velocity :

The final velocity is a vector quantity that measures the speed and direction of a moving body after it has reached its maximum acceleration.
