Hi friend,

here is your answer

please follow me

Answer:

we know the velocity time relation formula

V = U + AT

here,

V = 21

U = 75

A = ?

T = 3

now we need to find the value of A that is retardation of the bus

21 = 75+A(3)

-54 = 3A

-18 = A

the value of acceleration is three times the retardation so

the value of retardation equal to -18/3 = -6

hence, the answer for this question is 6m/s^2 because the value of the retardation will be in the opposite sign

hope it helps you and you understood
