As we know the vehicle will have the same break force and thus will have the same magnitude of deceleration .
So vA^2- uA^2/2s1 = vB^2 - uB^2 / 2sB
As here both v are 0
u A ^2 /2sA = uB^2 / 2sB
So 72 km/hr / 20m = 144km/hr 2sB
Now to simplify the equation we convert them into SI units .
20 m/s/20m = 40m/s/2sB
1 = 20/ sB
sB = 20
