now,

from 1st eqn of motion,

v =  u + at

     = 0 + 1×300 m/sec =300 m/s

and  from 3r eqn of motion,

2as = v²-u²

2.1.s = 300² - 0²

∴ s = 300×300/2 = 4500 m, = 4.5km

hence, Speed = 300m/sec

and Distance = 4500m or 4.5 km
