\Huge{\bold{\mathrm{\underline{\red{ANSWER}}}}}

i) The total distance covered by the bus from A to D

= (4170 + 3410 + 2160) km

= 9740 km

ii) The total distance covered by the bus from D to G

= (8140 + 4830 + 2550) km

= 15520 km

iii) The total distance covered by the bus, if it starts from A and returns back to A

= (4170 + 3410 + 2160 + 8140 + 4830 + 2550 + 1290) km

= 26550 km

iv) The difference of distances from C to D and D to E

= (8140 - 2160) km

= 5980 km

v) Speed of the bus = 60 km/h

Time taken = (Distance)/60 hours

a) The distance between A to B

= 4170 km

Time taken

= 4170/60 hours

= 4170/60 × 60 minutes

= 4170 minutes

= (60 × 69) + 30 minutes

= 69 hours 30 minutes

b) The distance between C to D

= 2160 km

Time taken

= 2160/60 hours

= 36 hours

c) The distance between E to G

= (4830 + 2550) km

= 7380 km

Time taken

= 7380/60 km

= 123 hours

d) Total journey

= 26550 km

Time taken

= 26550/60 hours

= 442.5 hours

= 442 hours 30 minutes
