First of all we need to convert unit of velocity into metre per second.
We know that, 1 kmph = 5/18 mps
- 72 kmph = 72 × 5/18 = 20 mps

By substituting the given values;
➛ a = (v - u) / t
➛ a = (20 - 0) / 300
➛ a = 20/300
