Acceleration = 0.1m/s^2
Time taken = 2 minute
= 2 ×60s
= 120s

Let speed aquired be v
Using the acceleration formula
a =(v-u)/t
0.1 = v/120
12 = v
So, speed aquired = 12m/s
ii)
Let distance travelled be s
(After changing the positions in third equation of motion)
2as =v^2 - u^2
2 (0.1) (s) = 12^2
1/5 s =144
s = 144× 5
720
So the distance aquired is 720m.
