Given :-

A bus starting from rest moves with a uniform acceleration of 0.2m/s2 for 120 seconds

To Find :-

Final velocity

Solution :-

We know that

v = u + at

Here

v = final velocity

u = initial velocity

a = acceleration

t = time

v = 0 + 0.2(120)

v = 0 + 24

v = 24 m/s

Hence

Final velocity is 24 m/s

Note - If you need to find distance also then,

v² - u² = 2as

(24)² - 0² = 2(0.2)(s)

576 - 0 = 0.4s

576/0.4 = s

5760/4 = s

1440 = s

Distance travelled is 1440 m

Answer:

720m

Explanation:

a=0.1m/s^2

and t=2min=120s

(A)v=u+at=0+0.1×120

 ⟹v=12m/s

(b)s=ut+ 1/2  at^2

 ⟹s=0+ 1/2×0.1×(120)^2

 ⟹s=720m

hope this helps :3
