u=0
A=0.1m\s
t=2min=120sec

v=u+at
v=0+0.1×120
v=12.0m/sec

s=ut+1/2a×t×t
s=0+1/2 ×0.1 ×120×120
s=720m

AnswEr:

Given,

  • Initial velocity, u = p ms¹
  • a = 0.1 \sf{ms}^{-2}
  • t = 2 min

= 2 * 60

= 120 s

  • Final Velocity, v = ?

\star \underline\text{Using\:\:first\:\:equation\:\:of\:\:motion:-}

 \tt \: v = u + at \\  \tt \: v = 0 + 0.1 \times 120 \\  \\  \tt \: v = 12   \: {ms}^{ - 1}

\therefore Final Velocity is 12 \sf{ms}^{-1}

• For distance, we use second equation of motion

 \tt \: s = ut +  \frac{1}{2}  \: {at}^{2} \\  \\  \tt = s = 0 \times 120 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 0.1 \times  {(120)}^{2}    \\  \\  \tt \: s =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 0.1 \times  {(120)}^{2}  \\  \\  \tt \: s = 720 \: m

Therefore, distance will 720 m
