The bus starts from rest. Therefore it's initial velocity is 0.

Its final velocity is 36 km/h = 36×5/18 = 10 m/s, and it's attained in 10 minutes = 600 seconds.

Now,  

v = u+at

=> 10 = 0+ 600a

=> a =1/60 m/s²
