\bullet\rm \: first \: phase =  \frac{2}{7}

\bullet\rm \: second \: phase =  \frac{4}{7}

\bullet\rm \: third \: phase =   ?

First phase of second phase.

\rightarrow\rm \:  \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{4}{9}

\rightarrow\rm \:  \frac{18 + 28}{63}

\rightarrow\rm \purple{\frac{46}{63}}

Third phase,

\rightarrow\rm \: 1 -  \frac{46}{63}

\rightarrow\rm \:  \frac{63  - 46}{63}

\rightarrow\rm \purple{ \frac{17}{63} }
