given:-
time = 2hrs
distance = 80km
therefore it's speed = distance/time
= 80/2
= 40km/h
now we have to convert in m/s, for that we will multiply it by 5/18
=> 40 × 5/18
=> 200/18
=> 11.11m/s
and if u want to convert m/s to km/h just do the opposite. multiply the result by 18/5 and always remember that if the distance is in meters, then time should be in seconds. and if distance is in kms, then time should be in hours otherwise your answer will be wrong.

Hey mate here is your answer :

Speed = Distance / Time

Case 1 : Speed in km/h

Speed = 80/2 = 40km/h

Case 2 : Speed in m/s

Distance = 80km = 80000m
Time = 2 hrs = 7200 s

Speed = 80000/7200 = 10/9 m/s

= 11.11 m/s
