Answer:

It will take 30 minutes for bus to cover same distance with speed of 30km/h.

Explanation:

Given :

  • Speed = 50km/hr = 50/60 km/min = 5/6 km/min(change is it min)
  • Time taken by bus to cover distance = 18min

To Find :

  • How much Time it will take to cover the same distance when travelling at a speed of 30 km/h?

Solution :

As we know

\boxed{\sf{Distance = Speed \times Time }}

So,

\dasharrow  \sf{}18\times \dfrac{5}{6}

\dasharrow5\times3

\dasharrow\sf{} 15km

\boxed{\sf{Time =\dfrac{Distance}{Time}}}

Therefore, time it'll take to cover 150km at 30km/h

\dasharrow\sf{\dfrac{15}{30}hours}

\dasharrow \dfrac{1}{2}\sf{hours}

Change it in minutes

\dasharrow\dfrac{1}{2}\times 60\sf{min}

\dasharrow 30\sf{min}

Answer:

Given, Speed =50 km/hr =50/60=5/6 km/min

Time taken by bus to cover distance =18 min

Distance=speed×time=18*5/6 =15 km

∴ Time it will take to cover 15 km at 30 km/h

= distance / speed =15/30 =1/2min

= 30 minutes.
