Given :-

Distance Travelled = 18 km

Time Taken = 30 min = 30/60 = 0.5 h

To Find :-

Speed in km/h and m/s

Solution :-

Speed = Distance / Time

= 18 / 0.5 = 36 Km/h

Now convert in m/s

speed = 36 ×1000/3600 =36×5/18 =10 m/s

Answer:

In Km/h 36km and in m/s 10m/sec

Explanation:

therefore, In 30min the bus will travel = 18km/hr

= 30/60 [Because 1hour = 60mins] =2

Therefore the bus travel 18*2

=36km/hr

Therefore in m/sec = km per hour* 5/18

=36*5/18

=5*2

=10m/sec
