Answer:

His is earning this year is Rs 110,000.

Explanation:

Given : A trader's total earning last year was rupees 50,000.

There is an increase of 20% in his earning this year.

His earning this year = Last year's income + 20% of Last year's income

i.e. His earning this year =

50000+\dfrac{20}{100}\times50000

His earning this year = 50000+60000 = Rs 110,000

∴ His earning this year is Rs 110,000.
