The length, breadth and height of the cuboid are 16 cm, 54 cm and 30 cm respectively.

We know that,

Volume of cuboid = l×b×h

Substituting the values in the equation,

Volume = 16×54×30

Volume = 25920 cm³

Now,

Volume of cube =

Side of the cube = 6 cm

Therefore,

Volume = 6³ = 216 cm³

1 cube takes 216 cm³,

Let x cubes take 25920 cm³

So no. of cubes = 25920/216 = 120

Therefore 120 cubes are required to place it in the cuboid.
