In AEB,

angle A + angle B + angle AEB = 180° ( Angle sum property of triangle ).

75° + 65° + angle AEB = 180°

140 + angle AEB = 180°

angle AEB = 180° - 140°

angle AEB = 40°

Now, angle AEB = angle DEC ( vertically opposite angles )

Therefore, angle DEC = 40°

Now, In DEC,

angle D + angle DEC + angle C = 180° ( angle sum property of triangle )

x + 40° + 110° = 180°

x + 150° = 180°

x = 180° - 150°

x = 30° ( Required answer )

hi there!!!

It's simple!!!

Solution:

here,

in ABE,

angle EAB+ angle ABE + angle AEB= 180°........

( sum of measures of all three amgles of a triangle is 180°)

hence,

75°+65°+angle AEB= 180°

140°+ angle AEB= 180°

angle AEB= 180°-140°= 40°

hence,

angle AEB= 40°

now,

angle AEB= angle DEC......... ( vertically opposite angles)

hence,

angle DEC= 40°

now,

in DEC, let angle EDC= x

angle DEC+ angle ECD+ angle EDC= 180°

40°+110°+ angle EDC= 180°

150°+x= 180 °

x= 180-150

x= 30°

hence,

angle EDC= x= 30°

hope this helps!!
