Find the number of days the provision can last if there is only 1 boy:

500 boys = 12 days

1 boy = 12 x 500 = 6000 days

Find the number of boys after 100 join in:

500 + 100 = 600 boys

Find the number of days the provision can last if there is only 600 boy:

1 boy = 6000 days

600 boys = 6000 ÷ 600 = 10 days

Answer: The provision can last for 10 days

 \huge {\bold {Solutions:-}}

500 boys = 12 days [ Inverse Variation]
1 boys = 12×500 days = 6000 days

Now,
100 more boys join = 500 + 100 boys
= 600 boys

So,
1 boys = 6000 days
600 boys = 6000/600 = 10 days.

Hence,
 \{\bold {The~last~in} {\underline {10~days}}
