I give u LCM method.
Take LCM of 20 and 25 = 100
Now consider that toal work is 100 units
then As A completes 100 units in 20 days
So A completes 5 units in a day
Same B completes 100/25=4 units in a day.
When A and B work together then 9 units in one day
now for last 1 day A has to work alone so remaing work is 100 -5 =95 units
So A and B work together for 95/9= 10 +5/9 days
= 10 days + 5×24/9 hours
= 10 days + 13 hours + 20 minutes
So total number of days = 11 days 13 hours 20 minutes
