A can complete the work in 24 days and B can complete the same in 16 days. how many days will A and B together takes to complete the same work?

So heres it'!!
A can complete work in = 1/24 days
B can complete work in =1/16 days
Together they can complete work in=1/24+1/16
= 2/48 + 3/48
=5/48 days
so, then they both can do work in 48/5 days (reciprocal of 5/48)....

A can complete the work in 24 days .In 1 day it will complete 1/24 work.
B can complete the work in 16 days. In 1 day it will complete 1/16 work.
A and B together in one day will do 1/24 +1/16 work= 5/48 work
A and B together will complete the work q
