So heres it'!!
A can complete work in = 1/24 days
B can complete work in =1/16 days
Together they can complete work in=1/24+1/16
= 2/48 + 3/48
=5/48 days
so, then they both can do work in 48/5 days (reciprocal of 5/48)....
