B's 1 day work = \frac{1}{12}\\  + \frac{1}{20}\\

B's 1 day work = \frac{5 + 3}{60}\\

B's 1 day work = \frac{8}{60}\\

No of days required by B to complete work

= \frac{60}{8}\\

= 7.5 Days
