Step-by-step explanation:

lcm of 10, 15 = 30

A:B = 10:15 = 2:3 ratio of days

A:B = 15:10 = 3:2 ratio of work

total work = 3+2 =5 parts of work

A+B = 5/lcm = 5/30 =1/6 part of work

for 3 days work

work done by A+B = 3× 1/6 =3/6 = 1/2

remaining work = 1-1/2 = 1/2

so as B left, A does the remaining work

A does one work in 10 days

A does 1/2 work in 10×1/2 = 5 days
