Given, by using Chocolate Concept

A=16 days

A+B=8 days

LCM(16,8)=16 (=Total work)

One day work of A = 16÷16 = 1

One day work of A+B= 16÷8 = 2

we get, A+B=2..... (w.k.t A=1)

=> 1+B=2

=> B = 1 (one day work of B)

No. Of days = Total work ÷ Efficiency

= 16÷1 = 16 days

B alone can complete the work in 16 days.
