Answer:

7.33 days

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say W is the work

A do in 8 days = W

A do in 6 days = (W/8)*6=3W/4

B destroy in 3 day = W

B destroy in 2 days = 2W/3

Work = 3W/4 -2W/3

=(1/12)*(9W-8W) =W/12

1/12 work is done.

Remaining work to be done

W- W/12 = 11W/12

W is done in 8 days

11W/12 is done in = (8/W)*(11W/12)

88/12 =22/3 = 7.33 days
