A can do a piece of work in 80 days .He works at it for 10days &then b alobe finishes the remaining work in 42 days .In how much time will a&b,working together,finiah thework?

A = 1/10

B = 1/15

Together doing work so

A+B = 1/10 + 1/15

Take lcm of 10 and 15 is 30 so

1*3 + 1*2

5/30

=1/6

So together doing work 6 days
