A take ₹640 to do the work on 16days.
1.A take ₹ for one day = 640/16.
=₹40.
2.A ₹ taken by A in 12days = 40×12.
=₹480.
3.The ₹ given to B=640-480.
=160.

Answer:

16 days work = 640Rs.

1 day money = 640/16 = 40

12 days money = 12x40 = 480Rs.

Share by B = 640-480 = 160RS.
