Work completed by B in  1 day = 4 units

Work completed by A + B in 1 day = 7 units

Let the number of days in which A complete the remaining work be x days

According to the question :

(A+B) * 4 + A * x = 72

7 * 4 + 3x = 72

3x = 72 - 28

x = 44/3 days
